111,000 and maney more to come. I will drive this truck until it quits (or at least to 300,000) then I will probably go for the eth ho. 24 valve.

33k here and not even a year old :D

My Dad has over 270k on his '90 (used up two clutches and one GetRidofit transmission) I think I will have to bury him in that truck. :D :D

Million Plus?

C Pancake, over the last couple years of being on TDR the highest reported mileage I've seen by an actual member was in the 350,000 to 400,000 mile range (not sure exactly).

The highest mileage I've ever known of, on a '91 truck, was 1,240,000 miles. This was a guy in Indiana I talked to over a year ago but he has since sold his truck. Internally the original engine only received valve adjustments and a new set of injectors. It was on its second set of injectors and injector pump which was replaced around 600,000 miles. Amazingly he still had the original turbo! He bought the truck new and used it for almost 10 years delivering Dutchman camper trailers all over the US. He was still regularly trekking cross-country even at that high mileage. The engine was starting to use a little oil, a whopping quart every 2000 miles! But he said it ran great! He has since sold it to a farmer in Kentucky and he bought himself a '96 or '98. I need to get in touch with him for an update, and to try and track down the '91.

Rolled over 304,555 today. Milage will slow down for me for a while now during grain harvest, then I'll go back to hotshot work and the milage will add up in a hurry. I usually go 2500 to 3500 miles a week when I'm doing that. Sent in my truck picture and odometer reading to the mag last week. Hope to get the sticker soon.

A couple of months ago on eBay there was a 91? with 560,000 miles. It was a D350 x-cab with a manual. Nothing was ever done to the truck other than routine maintenance. This fellow hauled trailers from the midwest to Florida, and he traded the truck off there. This guy took out the passenger front seat and put a matress in there to sleep on. I believe the truck still sold for over $3000.
