3rd was a 88 Toyota 4x4 (as much as I hate to admit it, I loved this truck)

4rth was my 94 2500 4x4 5. 9L(head down in shame, yes it was a gasser)

5th is my present, and favorite... :D (See below)

Got it right the first time.

This is my first truck. It was a long time coming. I seem to break into vehicles in a big way. My very first car was a '70 GTX with a 440 - 6pak. I like power. :D

I've had five trucks. Also five Jeeps.

Fireman Dave... nice first car! My first car was a '67 dodge R/T, 440, 4spd. Yep, they are fast!

Hmm was going to save this for another vote (I know how everyone like to vote :) ) but what the heck,

1st car was a 70 Chevelle SS w/402

2nd car was a 70 GTO (350)

3rd Car was a 71 Charger SE 440 4sp Dana 60 w/ 3. 54's

4th Car Or was it the 5th I had a 71 Charger R/T 440 4sp Dana 60 w/ 4. 10's

Oh to be young again

A few trucks

46 Chev

49 Chev

53 Chev 5 window

55 Chev Cameo

70 Chev CST big block

67 Ford Ranger (Just had to try something different)

89 Chev 6. 2 Deisel (This was the last straw, no more Chevys)

96 Dodge CTD (Now I am on the right track, love this truck :D )

Had a '98 Jeep J10 4WD short box, 360 CID, T18 4 speed, and Dana 44's I think. The 360 did pretty well for an engine with no respect. Good low end torque. It came with 4. 09 axles which I later changed to 3. 07's. After the axle swap, I could climbs in 3rd gear in the 60's and got milage in the higt teens. Probably a collector's item now.

84 Chevy Blazer

88 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4

90 Chevy ext cab 4x4 dually

92 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 long bed

94 Dodge 1500 short bed v-6 ( BIG mistake)

96 Dodge 2500 Cummins ext cab (finally)!!!

All bought new except the cummins new in 98.

Best damn truck was the 92 chevy 4x4. 90K miles when I sold it and nothing ever but oil changes.

In order of acquisition:

'74 K-5 Blazer 4x4 naturally, inherited from Dad

'66 Chevy 2x4 1/2ton LWB I-6 :D 3 on de tree inherited from Dad

'82 Toy P/U 4x4 Stolen GRRR!!!!

'83 Toy P/U 4x4 Replaced above trk/traded in for below truck

'84 ToyRunner 4x4 Rolled at 55mph because of 2ton log in the interstate,

'95 Ram 2500HD 4x4 replaced wrecked Toy and then some ;)

'89 Nissan 2x4 all round go to town commuter truck to keep miles down on Ram.

The only ones I no longer own are the two Toy P/U's. With the use of a torch, two tires & wheels, and new drivers seat & harness, the 4Runner could be roadworthy again. Who needs a roof and windshield, the roll bars are still straight. :D

Wife has '89 Dakota 2x4 P/U and '97 Land Rover Disco

Does anyone think we aren't a real truckin' family? And yes, we absolutely need 4WD. If you had ever seen my driveway during freeze/thaw cycles in the winter or after heavy rains you wouldn't even ask!

Rob, I too had a 1967 Dodge 440RT that is close to the best automobile I ever owned. Blue Printed, Crower Cam, Hooker Headers, Pinion Snubber, and 10" slicks. Off the street and into the high 12's with a Torque flite Automatic. It competed well enough that they didn't charge it an entry fee.

Drove past that drag strip town of Wattsburg, PA last month. My wife commented about the memories.

#1 1973 'cuda 340 4 speed pistol grip shifter. Mildly worked. I rebuilt the engine. Cam heads intake, carb etc. etc. 3. 91 rear. Low 13 sec car.

#2 1974 Duster 360 (yes this was a factory production car) 4 speed. 3. 23 rear. Stock,sleeper.

#3 1968 Sattelite. 383 auto. Fast for a big car. A sleeper, I guess.

#4 1967 Barracuda fastback. 273 Commando auto trans. Pretty beat up when I got it ($50. 00) not much better when I sold it.

#5 1987 Buick Grand National (Dodge/Chrysler was big into the FWD "K" car thing. I'm not owning one of those!!)This was my first new car. 12 second commuter. Vette,IROC,Trans Am killer!! I miss it, but dont regret getting the truck. My brother now owns it, I have visitation rights!!!:D

#6 1998 2500 QC 4X4 CTD 5 speed. :D:D

I wish I kept all of the above, except the 1967 Barracuda. It was pretty beat up when I got it.

Yes, I was Mopar when Mopar wasnt cool!!
