How much boost 04

How much boost pressure should I be getting on normal hiway running. I'm topping out @ 22# @ 3200rpm





2004 3500 q/c 4x4 6spd, Banks 6gun w/speed loader, 4" exh, KN filter in stock box

Probably about right without a load. Mileage down at that boost. Load it up and you may get to 28 to 30ish. George

My 04 HO with 6spd will peak at 25-26, then settle in steady at 23, wide open. This didn't change from stock when I put on the aftermarket air filter and exhaust.

on my 04 HO, the factory WG setting is 23psi [i can hear my WG opening through my exhaust] and the boost will creep up a few psi in the high rev's when loaded
