How much ~BOOST~ is safe???

I am in the process of installing the water meth injection on my 97 dodge, ctd 5 speed. I will be using the www.Aquastealth.com

kit with the 300cc injector.



I currently am getting around 44 lbs of boost and the truck runs great! I have been told that adding the water/meth injection can increase your boost up to 10 more pounds!



I am worried that if I do this, I might be having to do a head gasket, or something even more serious! I hate breaking down!#@$%!





Any suggestions?

44 lbs of boost, you are pushing your luck now. Are you still stock?

Do you have head studs? O-rings?

If not, I would NOT use the water/meth till these things are done.

yea, stock hx 35 turbo and stock intercooler.

Water/meth and 44psi is not good for your stock HG or turbo.

i hooked my wastegate back up last night and now im getting 36psi. i need to put my boost elbow in and get just a little more boost.



After I reconnected the wastegate, my EGT's are way higher!!! im thinking this is because my turbo isnt pushing as much air?
