Howdy all,

I am about to order a set of DD Stage 3 injectors and a boost module (of some sort) from HVAC and have them installed at a TDR meet in central CA in April [along with my new 4" exhaust and maybe the full Psychotty system] #ad

Because I will have my stock clutch until at least later this year, I am not going with an EZ or DD's TTPM boost module right off, most likely whatever the plain-jane boost module DD sells with their ETH Stage 3 "kit" until I get a new clutch.

I ask how much boost to expect, because I currently have a 30 lb ISSPRO boost gauge, and wonder if that will be enough, or if I should plan on getting the new Autometer 0 - 60 # boost gauge listed in the recent Geno's catalog.

Just curious.

Thanks,
Tom

Tom, with what your looking at, I would go with the 60 psi gauge. You are going to pin the needle on the 30.

You could go with a 50# ISSPRO and listen to it rattle under hard acceleration.

Tom. .
I got 32/33 with DD III's and a DD module plus the brass elbow on the turbo on my old rig. .
FYI. . if your not going to Spa's then you might want to look at the AutoMeter that was made up for a bunch of Rammers that Ted Jannetty has some extras left I think they were Ultra Lights. . very nice looking

Gary, thanks for the advice on the Jannetty gauge. The new Geno's catalog listed a new 0-60# boost Autometer Ultra-Lite, which is also on their web site. I was wondering if there are any differences between it and the Jannetty 0-50# gauge. And how much is the Jannetty gauge? Just wondering which to get.

Thanks,
Tom

I haven't seen the 0 to 60 PSI yet, but the 0 to 50 PSI is real good lookin. I have one and it was "my" idea, they tried three times to make the gauge "look" right. These were custom made and you will not find them in any catalog. They are aproxmiatly $60 from JRE. There are prolly less then 50 of these around (guessing). If you can't wait get the 50 psi one. If you can wait for the 0 to 60 to come out then get a picture and compare them side by side see which one you like the best.

KatDiesel, Thanks for the info. The Autometer website doesn't have apicture of the new 0-60# gauge yet, and Geno's most recent catalog showed a picture, but I have no idea if it was of the actual gauge though. If it was, they it looks exactly every other Autometer gauge I've seen pictures of - very nice #ad

I get a solid 38 with DDIII's, DD boost module, HX 40, and 4"exhaust. You will definately need a new clutch if you add a box with that combo.
