Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) How much boost?

How much boost should I be getting? I have no Cat, aftermarket freeflow muffler, TST #11 plate (slid all the way forward) , 4000 gov spring kit, Big K&N airfliter, stock injectors as far as I know but not sure. I get about 28-30lbs to 3000rpm and about 32-34lbs between 3200-3600rpm. I bought I truck 2 weeks ago. I have aready had to replace the return line because of leak. I just wont to make sure I am getting all the HP I should be with the mods there now before I make more mods. I have seen post about the timing I am not sure how to check it to see what it is set at. Any help is much welcome.

Boost sounds ok. But with that much RPM you may want more timeing

I have a #11 full foward, AFC full foward, walker muffler, boost elbow, stock airbox w/paper filter, and I can see ~35psi at 2600 or so. Mine defuels at about 2700, so I dont know about the higher rpm areas. Oh yeah, I also have stock injectors and stock governor springs. the boost elbow is closed off about as much as possible.
