They didn't say. Schneider probably has 1 of every kind anyway. I think the reference was made in general terms. Obviously this study doesn't include the ISB. Perhaps its safe to make a ballpark assumption of half that rate based upon engine liters.
 
My truck has a Practical Solutions High Idler kit installed as well as a Jacobs Exhaust Brake.



During extended idle periods exhaust temperature does not rise noticeably when I set the idle speed to 1200-1300 rpm.



If I engage the Jacobs E-brake exhaust gas temperature increases to approximately 400 degrees and remains there.



Judging from observation of the EGT gauge it appears that increasing idle speed doesn't provide much protection from incomplete fuel burn or varnish build up but engaging the exhaust brake does.

I'll second what Harvey said. Raising my rpm doesn't move my EGT gauge above 300, while the E-brake moves it to 400 or a little more.



Also, I asked a Cummins tech about fuel consumption at idle for the ISB and he said roughly . 5 gallons per hour.
