when i tried to bleed any possible air out by using the lift pump lever i got very little fuel to come out. No bubbles or anything, just fuel and darn little??? Should I get a teaspoon, tablespoon etc with each lever cylce or what>???
Also after installing some BD injectors I notice a bit of what looks like sweated fuel stain around injector 1 seat area. Its not alot just a slight damnpness is all. What would cause that>?

Did you use any anti-seize on the injectors? That will make the area look wet. Does it come back after you use a spray cleaner? Does it smell like diesel?

Hey BushWakr,

I think I can help you out with the lift pump. Try bumping the engine over with the starter a bit. If the cam is in the wrong spot you won't be able to pump much fuel with the hand lever. You should get an ounce or so each time you pull on the lift pump lever.

If your high pressure line is seeping, try cracking the line open a turn or so with the engine running and then retighten it. That is one little trick that I have used (works most of the time) to seal up and small leaks like you potentially have. Good luck!
