Yesterday in Rapid City my 'ole gutless wonder did 378hp & 842 tq. Didn't know what to expect, so I guess I'm happy with it so far. Really want Don's 1. 5 and a different turbo. Probably could use a MAD ECM.

before 5in exhaust and 215 injectors i was at 302. 1hp and 799. 1 torque

i think i would be at about 320 now but i need DV's and 370's and a set of twins then maybe i would have something talk about. oh well

Previous to the above changes (but with same turbo and 12 cm2 exhaust housing) I stacked a Bully Dog Power Pup on extreme with the VA C3. 1 on 100% and made 456 HP/969 TQ. It was hot and smoky though!



The cam has definitely helped on EGT, mileage, and lowering the rpm where the power "comes on" as well as earlier turbo spool.



I'm going to attend the Bully Dog Dog Days event 7/9/05 and replace the VA with either a DDTTPM or Bully Dog power pup and see what the truck will do!

I added the 5" exhaust and it didn't change a thing but I didget a tQ # though



New numbers 467hp and 1066ft Tq on a DJ248 on 6-18-05



Attention... I saw a 04. 5 600 with a AFE, 5" exhaust and a Suncoast transmission with a new Hot Juice do 501hp and 955tq with a stock turbo!!!!! A friggin mazing!!!! and for comparison another 600 with a HTB2 Killer and a TST w/ BBDL stack do 496hp and 900+tq with a newly rebuilt stock transmission...

As Jaman mentioned I have an AFE, torque tube, ATS Arcflow intake, ATS exhaust manifold, HTB2 and 5" exhaust. I set the TST PMCR on 7/3 and ran the Bully Dog on Crazy Larry. I ended up with 495/926. I just recently had the dealership rebuild my trans because of slippage. The dyno operator noticed some slippage and thought my rig was down shifting. I should be well over 500 with a better trans. DTT will be going in my truck at the end of the summer if the stocker makes it that long.
