I have a friend that wants to sell me a 1994 12 valve, its in good condition, single cab long bed, 4 wheel drive five speed with 150,000 miles. Just wondering how much I should pay for this. Or how much its worth?

Where is it located, any rust, body dammage etc? Here in western PA, you'll find '94's ranging from $3-$4K for well used, rusted examples all the way up to $10K+ for well kept, low mile units.

Its in pretty good shape, here in south west new mexico. no rust, that i can see. Hes asking 10k but the blue book says its worth around 6. I really want this truck but i dont wanna pay 10 for it. Thanks for the replies.

How does it drive, has he stuck any money into the front end within the last 30k? If everything is pretty much original and there is absolutley no rust, or no sign of rust beginning, look at paying about 8k. If a lot has been replaced or the vehicle drives like brand new and has a solid body, 9 -10k may be reasonable depending on options, power everything, A/C, cruise, etc.

I sold my 95 long bed Club Cab, 2 WD, 5 speed, BD exh. brake, Gear Vendor, Snug Top, for $11,500 a year and a half ago. It needed paint but no rust at all and a straight body. Had 158,000 miles on it and ran like a sewing machine. Man do I miss that truck. Hope this helps.
