How much is too much?

There is a 200 3500 qc slt and 6 speed for sale at a dealership. They are asking 19,995 and it has 84,000 miles on it. It also has gooseneck, fithwheel and frame mounted hitch. Just wondering if anyone has purchased here lately, and what they paid. I have looked at KBB, Edmunds, and NADA.

Sorry, forgot a number. It is a 2000. I am willing to travel some. My problem is I have to trade in my wifes car.
