Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) How Much Pressure is suppose to be on the return fuel valve on a 94 p7100

Got a return fuel valve back to the tank on the p7100 pump that has 25 lb of pressure to pop it off,just wondering what the spec on it is suppose to be?

25 psi is fine. on the truck you should have 20 psi @ idle, 28-32 psi @ 2000 rpm's
