How often do you change you fuel filter ?

It will quit running, for sure. There's no way you'd ever want to run unfiltered fuel through those injectors. :eek:
 
Mine was pretty black at 5400 miles, check it out in my reader rig gallery, I was glad I changed it although I did not notice any difference in performance.
 
I just changed my first one at 10k and some change. It wasn't as black as some, just a light to medium grey, and no spots. The fuel I drained before changing it, was completely clean, no water at all or any sediment. I have only bought fuel on the road at larger truck stops and 3 local stations, 2 truck stops and one car place that has 45 Cetane for the same price as everybody elses 40 grade.
