My a/c is as cold as can be when moving above twenty or so miles per hour. When I stop moving, it blows warm air. Im thinking the condenser & radiator need to be cleaned well. What is the best way to do this? Should I take the front bumper off so I can access everything, maybe unbolt the condenser so i can get behind it with a pressure washer? Im sure the radiator could use a good cleaning as well. Anyone done this before? What steps should I take?

Thanks

Craig

blow with hi press air first all over! inside and out and reach down in between the best you can a 24" wand works great then simple green/water and lots of it.

Just take the radiator out of the truck. It's not too much trouble and it's very worth it. Be careful if you use high pressure water... you don't want to bend the fins. I used Simple Green, a low pressure garden hose, and a plastic bristle brush.

there was a posting some place saying simple green will eat at the amuminum radiator ????? im also looking for a cleaner and brush,,for my up comming PM,,KDP RAD AND HOSES ANTI FREEZE tune up and relocate the blow by bottle,,
