How tall are your stacks?

Just wondering how tall above the cab you guys are going with your stacks? Pics would really be nice, but if you can give me a measurement from the front bed rail to the top of the stack, that would work too. I got a set of stacks that I believe are 52" top to bottom, with the bottom 4" or so flared to cover 5".



Also, what is the best way to work around the drainage/soot shower situation?

Eric, you've seen mine and they are 44" from bed to tip.

The stacks I have lined up are turn-outs, not the mitres like yours. I guess I'm trying to get an idea of how much to cut them down. It would be nice to fit under the 7'-2" height requirement of the parking garage I park in at school, but that's not a biggie.



Anybody got pics of turn-outs at different heights?

Holy he!!, I cant believe I forgot to put yours in there.

i got 48" but i am going to cut them down to 44" becuz i am getting taller tires and still need to fit the truck in the garage... . i think 44" is around 3-4" above the top of the cab... on a 1st gen anyways.

My stacks are 36" tall

Now I have them sitting on top of a 4" elbo and a 4" to 5" adapter

making the hole set up 49" tall from the bed to the top of the stacks.

Thanks for the replies, looks like I am going to be in the 44-46" ballpark from bed to tip. Will have to wait and see what happens when I get all the plumbing in the bed. Good thing the neighbor bought that plasma cutter. :-laf
