:{ Most recent trip out west reminded me that the cruise will not hold over 85 MPH, I'm sure for safety purposes. But - when the limit is 75, you can see in front & back for miles and nothing is around, 85 is slow. I can hold the go pedal up to what ever??? Never went over 110 pretty fast for a truck. But would like to know if there is a way to change the max cruise parameter.

It might be kind of costly just for an higher cruise speed but PM marco to see what a reprogramed ecm can do for you. He might be able to just raise the cruise speed if the ecm even does that.

I personaly would have him reworked it for more power...

You could keep your foot to the floor. The stock ECM won't allow a 24 valver to go above 3200 while driving. Depending upon your gear ratio, that should get you around 115.

Even with the comp box turned off, stock ECM in my 2000 allows 3500RPM in OD. Which equals 111 indicated, and 114 actual spped(veryfied on the dynojet). Also my trap speed in the 1/4 mile is 111. 2mph at around 3400RPM. Ive had my Dads 01 past 120mph and it was still pulling hard. he has an 01 3500 auto 3. 54
