How to disable seat back latch?

Does anybody know how to make the seat back latch not latch? its the back of the front seat where it pivots forward that I want to disable the latches
I work out of my truck and am in the back seat area all day long getting stuff and those front seat latches gotta go.

All that you have to do is remove the rear seat, which is four bolts and then they just unbolt. Once you get the seat off, it's really easy to see.
 
Here is a quick,clean easy fix. Open the door and pull the seat back forward. On the the hinge portion of the seat back you will see a small U shaped groove. When you move the release lever you will see a piece of metal moving up inside the hinge assy. What I did was drill the little metal piece inside the hinge,and installed a very small roll pin right where the U shaped groove is. This holds the latch open,so the seat back moves freely. Takes all of 5 mins,no one can tell,and the pin can be easily removed to convert back to stock.
