How to Go About Asking how to get a tralier to Calif.

Wow that sounded akward, anyhow my question is how would one go about asking fellow TDR members to haul a 5ver from NY to Calif? Do we have some type of relay service in place? I'm trying to do this on the cheap somehow. I know it's a longshot, but hay I had to ask.
