I'm placing my bet that your front coil springs are SHOT.

Worn coil springs will make a truck "wallow". When it "wallows" it will play havoc with your front end components and/or alignment. This very well cause the dreaded Death Wobble!

Was your castor set to 5 degrees when it was aligned? That is a huge factor in the death wobble. After I put the Kore kit on mine it wobbled on a couple of bumps near my house. Not big bumps, just the "right" bump. It had never done it before and the only change was the taller springs, lifting the front end reduces the castor considerably. It was at 3. 5 degrees after the last alignment prior to the Kore kit.
