how to lower the rear of my truck

i did that too with my 2500... just beware, those oem round head bolts holding the spring pack together can be a royal PITA

Do you guys have any information on doing the same thing with a 2001 2500. Most guys add 2" to the front to level the truck but I would prefer to lower the rear. I'd like the whole truck 3" lower but lowering the front is not abel to be done from what I have read. Thanks

Lowering the Rear w/ Truck Campers

Anyone know what would be if I lowered the rear end and then loaded my 4500-pound Lance camper? I hate how high the rear end is when empty! But don't want to drag my butt with the camper loaded. I have air bags in the rear, so I guess I could level it back out using them. I also extended the contact points on my overload springs.

Removing the spacers drops the rear end 1-1/4" at the rear axle, so just subtract 1-1/4" from what ever height it is at now with the camper loaded.
