I noticed in an earlier post someone mentioned wanting a boost controler that would allow you to adjust your boost inside the Cab.

I made one for my BOMBed(now totaled) Chrysler Conquest.

What you Need

1. Enough Vacuum line to get inside the cab

2. An Air compressor regulator. . the best one I used was a $40 unit from sears. The cheap ones were no good

3. A "T" fitting for the vacuumeline

4. A check valve of somesort... I got mine from a dodge dealer. . they had a whole tray of them on the counter and gave me one

5. Zip ties!! Even at the 14PSI I would see I blew one off one time causing a MAJOR leanout resulting in fire out the tailpipe lol(damn gassers!) Zip tie the lines on

Its easy to hook up. T the line going to your wastegate. Run a line from the T to the inlet on the regulator(wherever you want it to be mounted) then run a line to the check valve(needs to be able to vent out. Thats it

Now here is the catch... I Have not put one on a diesel truck before but the concept is the same. And an overboost is not NEAR as bad as it is on a gasser(things blow up).

You should have the ability to disable the wastegate with the regulator if you want to(I think) and adjust your boost by reaching down and turning a knob.

A friend of mine with a Buick Grand National had a in car boost contol kit and it was just a regulator for an air compressor.

PS... As I said this has not been tested on a diesel truck so I am not responsible for tire damage and broken boost gauges
