How to submit an article for publication?

If I want to write an article and submit it for possible publication in an upcoming TDR magazine, whom should I contact?

Submit to Robert Patton, Editor, at the TDR address on the contents page of the magazine. If you have it in a word processing program, they may ask for it electronically later.
