2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission how to tell difference in alternators

Can anyone tell the difference between the bosh and the nippondenso alternators if so please help

Didn't know they used Bosch. The Nippon ones say so on the part number sticker.



On edit - Actually I was thinking of the starter, so ignore the above.

The Bosch alternators say Bosch on them and the back of the alternator is black.

The Nippendenso has a metal 'can' over the back of the alternator.
