How to unplug power seat

I am trying to take the seat out put can't get the plug undone. how do you get it apart.

Please provide your trucks year, etc. Once you do that I will see if I can find a picture of the connector so that I or someone else can explain how to release it.

It may have a secondary lock,I don't remember. If it does you will see a red piece. It will slide out perpendicular to the connector then you can pinch and release the connector

Mine is the same as Bob's. I unplug mine when I go through the car wash, I don't like my seat position changed! lol
