I have tried several different methods of the search mechanism and still do not fully understand it.

I know if I want to search for word#1 and also word #2 then I use:

word#1+word#2

but if I want to search for word#1 word#2 as a phrase how do I do that?

ie I want to search for the phrase

"mallory fuel pumps"

how do I construct the phrase?

I know it is not

mallory+fuel+pumps

that gives me any reply with

mallory and fuel and pumps

anywhere in the reply

Thanks,

Bob Weis

There is no option in this software to do search like that. I have improvements to the search on my to do list and this is one of the features I want to add.

another feature

that is probably underutilized on our search engine is the "search titles only" switch. This speeds up the search and will net you many fewer results.
