How's the lable read?

For the proud owners of the HO/6 speed's;

What does your underhood emissions lable read?

Is the HO a 50 states emissions unit, or only a 49?

I have some conflicting info from my dealer.

It is my understanding that it must state specifically that it is equipped with California emissions equipment to be 50 state legal, otherwise it is 49. If I am wrong, please set me straight.
