whats the guess on HP loss from the motor to the rear wheels??

I think about 15%.

depends, I think its about 15% on a Manual, and 20% on an auto if I remember correctly

to be correct you would have to test the transmission to find out the loss for each transmission. They all differ, heck mine is REALLY tight and i would say im at 15%. But like i said if one really wanted to know the power loss you would have to test the transmission alone on a bench.
