Ok guys/gals so i have the banks power PDA and a straight pipe... i am guessing that i am around 360-380 HP i would like to add a set of injectors but dont want to have to mod my CP3. All i want to do is the injectors, and turbo and probably a fuel system and obviously a transmission... . I would like to get the 450-475 HP range on fuel only. So i am asking what set of injectors would work for me? I am looking at Dons and the DDP but i am open to any and all suggestions

I would go with the Don M 40's,they are designed to run with the factory CP3 pump,make awesome power,course anything is gonna run better with a mod CP3

Injectors are really just going to hurt you without a turbo or fuel system. Your EGTs will skyrocket, the rail pressure wil drop and you wont do anything but put out a little puff of smoke.



-1. If you want power sell the Banks, get a TST, Smarty, or tripple dog. . ect

-2. get the transmission right.

-3. Fuel system

-4. Turbo



That should get you to 450hp easily.
 
I dont really want to get rid of the banks since i already spent the money on it and i know i need a turbo fuel system and transmission i metioned those things. . i am just asking which injectors would be best for what i am looking for... thanks :)

I will tell you again,DON M 40's will run awesome. when you get ready for them,but like the other guy said,unless you get a few of the other mods like fuel system,turbo,dual feed line from II,good transmission,you will only shoot yourself in the foot,high egts,run the rail dry etc. :rolleyes:
 
i dont know about not putting injectors in. i put mine in without a turbo or cp3 mod and made great power egts are a little high but still are controllable. would be nice to have them about 300 degrees lower but i still laid down 500 plus hp with out a turbo or cp3 mod. with only a smarty and a 40hp pressure box and injectors. if you look at my dyno sheet there are no signs of draining the rail at all. i would say do the turbo first but that is totaly up to you. if i could do it all over i would have a turbo not injectors at this point.

What injectors are you running, 555 is crazy with your mods Oo. I have always woundered which ones you ran to make that power. :confused:

i have a set of 80 hp industrial injection injectors. with the smarty and pressure bow this truck just runs too good. so other than a turbo and cp3 i dont want to change anything else. maybe some valve springs and head studs but i dont want too much more. im afraid to change anything else because i dont want to loose the drivability that i have.
