I installed an HRVP44 on my truck about 3500 miles ago, it is unbelievable. I recently pulled a horsetrailer with three horses in it and out pulled my buddies 01 HOcummins with a power puck pulling the same load. However since I put the HRVP44 on my truck has had a slight miss in it at idle, when not in drive, and when I let off the throttle to slow down. It is not enough of a miss to make the tach move, but I can hear it and it drives me nuts. What could be causing this?

i have this EXACT same damn problem since I swaped my VP last summer. Does it sound like a "heart beat" through the exhaust? its anoying, and the only thing that I got it to go away with was a run of seafoam through the system, but a week later it was back. I REALY hope my VP isnt craping out on me already, its not even a year old yet.
