ht3b/26 vs. b2 for twins

I am going to make a set of twins for my 03 common rail.

what is better for lower turbo the ht3b or the b2? what are the +/- to these two turbos?

what is the b2 is it a hybrid like the b1? whare is a good place to buy one?

the ht3b on some websites list it as a garrett and some as holset and one as borg warner / schwitzer. what is it ? I thought it was a garrett. I am trying to find the best price and that makes it difficult.

also does any know how an external waste gate works? most I have found are for ricers and they are for max 23 psi boost. can I bleed some boost pressure like we do for the stock turbo waste gate, to rase the boost level?

Go to twin turbo section and you can see the difference between B1 and B2 also Big Brother! BTW, all of these turbos are made from Schwitzer parts.
