Smarty codes question

Amsoil bypass question

From what I can find on the HT3B it looks like there is more than 1 manufactuer for this turbo. It looks like Schwitzer and Holset are both listed when I search under HT3B. What gives?

Garrett makes a 3b also.

I know I just did'nt bother to list Garrett. No wonder why the price on the ht3b is affordable. I guess I'll pick one up next time I'm at the grocery store :-laf

Well the one we installed on a set of twins was a BH3TE. I think the E is a different rotation. Works pretty well with the stock HX35 feeding it.

Schwitzer 167050

Garrett 144700-0000

Holset 3803279

Cummins 3529040

This what your looking for ... . Also I used a 26cm non divided housing

What i found is a 22cm non divided housing with a wastegate in the hot pipe works well at controlling rotor speed on the big charger. With a gate on the top charger you have the best of both worlds.

I thought the E reference how the compressor housing was attached.

FWIW - The BHT3b is the preferred charger because of the MWE.

I do not think there is a notable difference between the different mfg. BHT3b. IIRC PDRT was using Garrets at one time maintly because they could purchase them cheaper than Holset and Schwitzer.
