This is in relationship to the HTB2 with 62 inducer only, not the Killer B with the 64 inducer or the Sled Puller with the 66 inducer.

Please give me your results on the HTB2 with the 62 inducer only.

Is there any surging with this turbo. What size exhaust housing are you running with it? Do you tow with it? How much weight? Temps? How is spool-up? Would you purchase one again? What kind of HP are you running behind it? Anyone running one of them with a Auto?

Sorry for all the questions, just gathering information for the future.

Thanks in advance for your input.

Big Bob

I am running one with an auto it spools close to stock no surging,I am running the 12CM exhaust housing I tow up to 10,000lbs this is the best turbo I have used yet. A little hard to install but it fits, EGTs are very good but I have other mods

well, let me answer this as best as I can. I have the killer b, but a good friend of mine has the one you are talking about. the exhaust housing is a 12 cm housing, but I think it can be switched to a 14 cm housing. spool up is every bit as fast as a stock turbo. Exhaust temps are OK for mild set ups. My friend is running 500 rwhp(100 HP injectors and a bullydog torque dog). His can get hot pretty quick with his auto. He should have probably considered the killer b for his set up. My killer b can handle my tst on level 7. as for surging, I had some at one time, but fixed it. his has never surged. as for buying one again... ... ... ... heck yeah. :D

killer b2

ive had the killer b2 with the 64mm compressor on for about a week now and have put about 400miles on the turbo and it has some surging issues that im trying to get worked out. i think i just need a bit more mileage on the turbo before i get too worked up. besides the slight surging, this turbo rocks. spools insanely fast, especially for the size of the compressor. it builds boost very qiuckly, faster than any hybrid turbo ive seen. on a full throttle run to 90mph with the stock turbo and the 16cm2 non wastegated i could see 1500 deg by 55mph and the dam pryo meter almost climbed as fast as the boost gauge did. now with the new turbo on that same run i see maybe 1400 deg but it takes alot more time to reach that 1400 deg. i noticed a big gain in power and hope to do some dyno testing next week to see what gains i got with injectors and the new turbo.

I am running the htb2 with a 12 cm exhaust housing with no problems. I am putting plenty of fuel to it and spool up is quick. It will keep the egts under control at level 6/6. 6/6 is making some serious power. I will dyno soon.
