Does anybody know if you can Buy new hubcaps for Duallys from dodge

Probably... call them and ask if they have what you need. Most likely a hefty price tag on them too so look for aftermarket. I inquired about one's for my 2002 3500 dually and Dodge quoted me $130/piece. I found good aftermarket one's for a bit cheaper price of $100/ piece.

I found a hole set of aftermarket on amazon for under 150$ Really like to keep the oem though

They appear to still be available, the front center cap is a different part number than the rear.
