Sorry, I should have posted this here since this is a Colorado event aswell as a national event.

Huge Sled Pull in Colorado!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well Guys/Gals, ATS Diesel performance will be holding a competition sled pull this June 3rd in Greeley Colorado. The event for the trucks will be run with very tight DHRA style Rule guidelines, so make sure your trucks are up to par because you will be required to run in the class you qualify for, no exceptions.

There will be cash prizes for the event. Street Stock is a $50 entry fee and will have no payback. I will post what the entry fee's will be tomorrow for the payback classes.

ATS employee's and vehicles will NOT be eligible for cash prizes, all payouts will be for non-ATS participants.

Pit passes: $15

Adults (13+): $15

Children (5-12): $10

Children (0-4): Free

The Pulls will be held at the Island Grove Facility, I'll post directions and some more details shortly. As I will know more details tonight, I will post them.

This will be a fun filled family event so bring your kids, Aunt's, Uncles, Mom's and Dad's and join us for this great evening of rip roaring Diesel Madness!!!

Cheers,

Wade

Yeah,

I will have the guys post a link tomorrow with all the rules. There will be 3 specific classes for Diesel trucks and each class will have payout. Should be a good time. The CTTPA has a new sled now too.

Alrighty guys, we will be changing some of the structure per request from so many of you guys, it's not much but it's something.

Pay outs are as follows:

Street stock:

1st: $50

2nd: $25

3rd: $10

Hot Diesel:

1st: $300

2nd: $200

3rd: $100

Super Street:

1st: $300

2nd: $200

3rd: $100

Keep in mind that NO ATS trucks will be eligible for payouts, so you very well might win a bunch of money by default even if you break or don't place in the top three you could still win $300 if the first three are ATS trucks  .

So come down and hang out, have a good time and win some money!!

Cheers,

Wade

What time will this start? How long will it last? (depends on the number of trucks I suppose. ) Any idea of how many trucks will run? I don't want to show up for only 3 or 4 trucks.

(Just trying to plan my weeekend  )

There is going to be a ton of trucks!! Registration for participants starts at 12:00pm and the pre-lim pulls will start at 1:00pm. After the pre-lims the top 10 trucks in each class will go onto the "Big Show" at 7:00pm for the money pulls.

Wade,

Do you have any idea on the number of trucks that will be pulling? Also, could you post directions to the facility? Thanks.

It was a great time. It was great to hang out with the ATS guys and watch there trucks run, and to pull mine as well. ATS was awsome I had some adjustments I needed done that wasn't going to be a quick fix and I drove my truck 70 miles down at 11am friday and the next day the brought my truck to greely for me to the pulls running very well.

I think running really well is an understatement, taking the "Sudden Impact!" sled out the gate with your 309' hook and then damn near doing it again in the next class was awesome!! I think watching you break the hitch on the last pull and watching your truck take off at light speed was enough to get the blood flowing!!!

i heard you did well for yourself there josh i tried to hollar at you the other night to get it on but i didn't get a reply you still around or what give me a shout i'd love to run em sometime
