Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Hummer Lift Pump for CTD

NAPA, http://www.napaonline.com/images/h_img_cart.gif , sells an inline lift pump that does 10 to 14 lbs and 20 gph that is made for a GM Diesel for about $80. This sounds like it would work for the Cummins? Has anyone tried it? Part # P74001 ACDelco # EP-158 Car Quest # E8012S I think it is made by AirTex www.airtexproducts.com

20 GPH is a little low

i would look for something around 100GPH or more

Don't know what stock is but FASS and Air Dog pumps are 85gph.

You need the extra flow to cool and lube the injection pump.
