Hummer upgrades?

I've got a friend with a 2000 Hummer (6. 5 litre GM turbo diesel) who is interested in some power upgrades... . any suggestions? (other than tearing out the engine and replaceing it with a Cummins #ad
)

I still can't believe that monster - go anywhere - vehicle has the biggest piece of junk diesel engine... . they should've dropped a cummins in there from the start and really had something!
