Got that right. Hope that POS fries. His wife probably needs to be in a mental institution. What was she thinking? If at all.

From lifting the restraining order before she died. ;) Most likely would not have stopped him from killing her though, either way.

Normally I would agree 100%. I actually hope he doesn't get fried - he wanted to die, I say making him live with the guilt of killing his wife and a stranger with her young daughter would be a worse punishment for him.

Duh !

Our local news anchor (NBC) actually said that the wife`s cause of death would be released after the autopsy. Gee, think maybe the decapitation had anything to do with it? Here`s yer sign!

True, but he shouldn't get a second chance by killing or hurting others in the process, other than himself. Some people get out to early. He'll be be twice baked this way. Burn him here, then again in hell.

Under Idaho law, in order to seek the death penalty for the first degree murder charge, Canyon County prosecutors have to prove several aggravating factors to a jury, which include that Time exhibited "utter disregard for human life , exhibits a continued threat to society, committed an "especially heinous, atrocious or cruel" murder, or exhibited "reckless indifference to human life. "

Should be charged with first degree murder for the two people in the car. The wreck was intentional, as well as killing his wife.

I agree 100%, but Idaho law is a little messed up this way. Killing the lady and her child wasn't premeditated murder. Let me explain a little better - Several years ago in North Idaho, some idiot decided he was p. o. 'd at the police, so he went to the Idaho State Police office to kill a cop. He caught an officer coming out after her shift and started shooting at her, and he did inflict enough damage to kill her (she got him, but not good enough - hit him in the throat). They couldn't give the guy the death penalty because he had premeditated killing A cop, just not the exact person that ended up being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I just hope he doesn't sit on death row for 20 years before they fry him.
