HVAC compressor won't kick on????

On my 03' with 101000 miles, the AC compressor wont kick on. I can hear the engine speed up a tad to compensate for the load, but the clutch never disengages. Where do I look to fix it? Fuse for clutch was good.

Check for power at the clutch itself, if it is getting power, means time for a new clutch. Depending on the clutch (not familiar with the exact one on your year) you can remove and install a new one without removing the compressor (perhaps just unbolting it to get better access. )

My compressor just took a dump to. Actually mine is short cycling because the valve seperating the low and high side is bad. The entire system is at 160 psi so it shuts down. If you are are not getting any clutch movement then it is either electrical or a bad clutch. As said before check for power at the compressor.
