HVAC Fan drone

Suddenly, my heater fan is making a "motor boat" sound or a low frequency drone at all settings and speeds but gets louder at higher speeds. Everything else works fine including the defroster door which was repaired a couple of years ago.

I don't remember ever seeing anything like this on the TDR before.

Any ideas?
