The hybrid on my truck is still the original HX-35 bearing housing, and shaft, with 128000 miles on it. It's been hybrid since about 80,000. I'm not sure where it self-destructs at, cause I haven't done it, yet.

I have, however, seen it hit 45, before I got scared and backed out of it. It got there, quick, too. It's great for an everyday driver, that doesn't get hammered on all the time. It also works well for towing, but if you don't have a valet switch, you will need to watch your EGT's pulling a grade, if your pushing a lot of fuel. I can't say how it compares to Pier's hybrid. I'm relatively sure Piers is better than mine, since mine is home built, (cause I'm cheap) :-laf , and I like to be able to say, "I built it myself. "
To read about the stage III, go to HTT's website, click on diesel performance, click on dodge, scroll down to compressor and wheel upgrades, and click on that. Hope this helps.
