Well, its finally on. I bolted on the HX-35w turbo this last weekend. Man what a difference, the whistle is really loud and truck is much more responsive. I haven't experienced any oil leaks yet. Seems to be a real solid turbo with 33PSI max boost. I believe that I can squeeze a little more out of her but I don't know how much is too much. Some people have told me that these first gen engines are good for no more than 45 PSI. Is this true? Also I am having trouble finding a 4" down pipe for my truck. I was going to modify a 3" one from a buddy of mine, but got to thinking about it and would much rather have a 4" dp. Does anyone know where I can order a dp to fit my truck with this turbo?

Thanks

Whynot(chris), After having the top of my pump off, I will never again pay Bullydog $200. 00 for the privledge of getting a custom fuel pin. When the guide pin is at max fuel position its only three quarters way into the hole where the fuel pin is. I would either remove it and put something down there so the guide pin cant slide out the whole way or majorly grind the existing fuel pin.

Also another observation after having the top off of the pump, it seems like if the full fuel screw was longer the lever on the inside has room to be pushed farther for more fuel out of the pump. ??

Checked with Stans on the dp. Looks like $180 plus shipping. I should have just spent the money to begin with and bought the entire kit from Stans. Probably would have cost just about the same.

I paid about $520. 00 shipped to my door for the complete Stan's 4" exhaust system about a month ago.

I am looking at the fuel pin and reconsidering to not use the Bully Dog pin for the cost and what it does that I can do myself.
