HX-42 turbo

I saw one of these on ebay,I have never seen one before. It says it is for a 8. 3 litre engine. It is a gated turbo but doesn't say what size housing it has. Would it be any good on one of our engines?

I suspect they meant a HX-40. Holset doesn't the 42. I have a PDR HX-40. Work quite nicely. You'll want a modified one though. Evem modded one is a little laggy, but a stock turbo would be worse.



Yes, the HX-40 is for 8. 3L.

Yes sir,I saw the backing plate was gone. I wasn't planning on bidding on it but was just wondering what a HX-42 was,I guess there isn't such a thing. Thanks for the help.
