hx series on 03

Is anyone running any HX series turbo's on an 03.

Also will an 2002 24v manifold work on an 2003.

I've talked with Piers (PDR or Piers Diesel Research) about HX turbos on the '03 but no one has really done it because the outlet is smaller than the HYs on the '03s. I suppose a hybrid is possible but he says the 10cm housing on the '03s flows about the same as a 12cm housing on the HX35.



There have been 2-3 guys use the ATS manifold for '98. 5-'02 Cummins on their new trucks with HX40 or DD turbos. They had to do some minor mods to the pipe from the turbo to the intercooler and moch up a special downpipe with the biggest challenge clearing the A/C tube at the rear of the engine bay.



I have a ATS manifold in my garage from my '01 waiting for a custom install
