Holset turbo's don't list A/R numbers, only exhaust housing sizes by sq. cm. Most 2nd gen trucks have a 12 sq. cm. housing, the 3rd gen uses a single flute 9sq. cm housing.

My understanding is that the 600's have slightly larger compressor wheels that should be capable of flowing more air.

The 600 turbo has a computor controled solenoid that will bleed off boost signal to the actuator,allowing more boost. I have seen up to 34 psi on a bone stock 600.
