hi there! 35 psi is acording to some specialist´s advise the upper limit of the HX35 in order not to create too much inner resistance in the motor and consequently a lot of heat without generating more power. following the recommendations from TST I installed the 16cm not wastegated housing on my 12v 95 truck along with some other modifications. it goes up to 42 for like 1 or 2 seconds and stays at WOT at about 39-40 psi until I stepp back from the throttel due to high egt´s.

that why I have the water/meth injection installed but in order to prevent the boost of even go up some more and threaten the head gasket and other components I thought about installling a pre turbo bypass valve on the exhaust manifold. does anybody have experiences with that, is there anything on the market what you could recommend? I just know this from the Prosche Turbo´s and Audi 5-Zylinder Turbos which both have some pre turbo bypass.
