Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) HX40 install

My PDR HX40 is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. How much time do I need to install it? I currently have the stock HY35 and a banks monster exhaust. The new 4" downpipe is supposed to be delivered with the turbo.

Elmer a couple of hours for your first time should do it. You might want to soak all the fastners that will need to be removed with penetrating oil.

Getting your old downpipe off is probably the hardest part. You may end up cutting it off.



If the turbo is not clocked exactly right, it won't hook up right.
