Hybrid Turbo

A while back there was a thread on how and where to get the parts to make a 40/35 hybrid turbo. Havent ever tore into a turbo so thought it would be kinda educational to build my own hybrid. Does anyone have a link to that thread for parts supplier? I tried the search engine but did not have to much luck.
