I just replaced my vacuum booster with a hydro booster from a 98 ctd. the truck itself did not need any modification, the hydro booster needed only a small mod done to the mounting bracket so it bolts right into the factory vacuum booster mounting holes, all the hydraulic lines from the 98 switch right over with out any mods. For the brake lines all that is needed is to change the flare nuts from the 98 onto the lines of my 93. I used the vacuum manifold off the the booster to supply vacuum for the cruise control, exhaust brake, and HVAC system.

Its a tight fit but dose fit nice, and works real good, you don't wear the seat belt and hit the brakes to hard it will throw you out onto the hood.

Yes I did make the intake, its made from 3 high quality stainless steel 90 bends a 1/4" stainless base plate. Also if any one tries the hydro booster upgrade you must change to the newer power steering pump with 2 return ports or the return fluid will not flow right and make the brakes stick when you release the peddle.

I can, I have to do some math to find the cost. send me a pm there is some other work that you will have to do.
