hydroboost hiss noise

have a 2008 2500 and there is a hiss noise under the dash. . but when u step on the brake and/or turn the wheel to the left or right is stops...

It's possible the liner inside the power steering hose between the pump and the hydroboost unit has come loose and stuck to one of the fittings. See TDR Issue 67, page 35 for a photo of a hose showing the lining that has come loose. The repair is to replace the hose.
