I am in the process of installing a Cummins in another truck, and I wanted to go with hydroboost due to space limitations. So I ordered a rebuilt booster and master cylinder. Didn't come with the spacer, pushrod, spring, or retainer. No parts stores or junkyards in this area seem to carry these parts. I know I can get the retainer with a seal rebuild kit, and I could make the spring and pushrod as well as the spacer if I had the dimensions. If anybody has those parts out and can send me pushrod length and number of turns on the spring, as well as wire size and spring length I would appreciate it. Or if you have an extra set you would be willing to sell that would be even better. Kind of stuck at this point.

Wow that sucks. If I should wander into a salvage yard I'll keep my eyes open. What year is truck you're converting, assuming Ram?

Truck is a 1931 Ford Model AA dually. Engine, suspension, and running gear from first gen Dodge Cummins. The dodge had vacuum boost brakes, I don't have space for that in the Ford, so I ordered hydroboost and master from a 1997. I do own a 1997 as my daily driver, I guess this weekend I'll pull it apart and take measurements to make parts for the Ford. Was hoping someone would have parts available and accessible to avoid that. No big deal, and I'll post photos of the truck with the conversion as I get closer to completion.

You have to use hydro boost with diesel as they don't make vacuum, hence the need for a vacuum pump just to run AC/Heat controls etc. Good luck, can't wait to see when done.
